"Kayak is one of the greatest Dutch bands ever, but sadly never got recognized as such by the bigger audiences. This resulted in the limited circulation of their studio albums on CD, making them even harder to become known. There's also absolutely no rarities collection to be found on the whole world wide web, but that day is now over. This is Rarities Volume 1, picking up 17 rare tracks from the early and classic period from 1972 to the split in 1981. Some of these rare songs featured as bonus tracks on CD releases of albums, others featured on compilation albums and some never got to see a CD release, which is evidentally seen in the quality of the mp3. I am proud to present you the first Kayak rarities collection. This is only Volume 1, the second volume will come shortly. Enjoy."
